Refund Policy

At Rogar Communications, we are committed to providing high-quality telecom consultancy services. Due to the nature of our services, our refund policy is outlined below:

1. No Refunds on Completed Services

Since our consultancy services involve time, expertise, and personalized solutions, we do not offer refunds once a service has been completed and delivered.

2. Refund Eligibility

A refund request may be considered under the following circumstances:

  • If a payment was made in error (e.g., duplicate charges).

  • If a service was not provided due to unforeseen circumstances on our end.

  • If the client cancels a service before any work has started.

3. Service Modifications & Disputes

If you are not satisfied with our service, we encourage you to contact us for revisions or adjustments where applicable.

In case of a dispute, we will work with you to find a fair resolution.

4. Processing Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.

Refund requests must be submitted within 03 days of the transaction.
